End the wars in the middle east

09 Aug

We must end the wars, and save the lives of our fellow patriotic Americans. There is no way for us to fix the middle east, because whenever we leave terrorist organization will flourish again, and that is fact. Russia tried what we are doing and failed. The lives of men and women who die in combat every day is a serious blow to this country. The only people who have suffered because of these three wars were the service members of the U.S. armed services. Every American should pay a surtax; exempting service members. People should never forget that the U.S. is involved in wars, and it should not be only the service members that pay the price of war. Every life that is lost should not be. We have no legitimate reason to be in Afghanistan or Iraq, and every day we remain there were loose Americans. The wars should be ended for four reasons;

1. The wars are one of reason we are in the terrible fiscal situation. THese were unfunded wars; which has never happened in our past.

2. Patriotic Americans are loosing their lives, but these deaths are not helping America. THere is no reason that these brave men and women should be dying for a cause that won’t necessarily make America stronger.

3. Americans seem to have forgotten that we are in two wars.

4. The only people who have faced hardships because of the wars are our armed service members.

    Bravo! I agree with this with one little exception.
    We are actually in 3 wars currently. The one in Libya was started by the current sitting President who also promised us while he was campaigning for office that he would get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan.
    It is time to defend our nation and let other nations defend themselves.
